Personally, I always try to cut down on my spending during the warmer months, because I feel that days of hanging out by the pool and working don’t necessarily entail a new wardrobe. But there are a few occasions when you just want something new, one of which is a longing for a new bathing suit. Laying out in a suit from two years ago is something I can’t always do. But luckily, there are great bargains to be found, if you only know where to look!

We are currently (thankfully) in the peak of summer, and that means it’s definitely time to hit the beach! Whether your idea of paradise is lounging by the pool, on a dock at the lake, or on the sand at the actual beach (lucky you!), you can always be stylish even when you’re swimming. From pool parties to a beachy getaway, you always want to look cute in your suit!

For a beach look, you only need a few essentials to complete your ensemble. A bathing suit is a must, and a bikini in a bright color is right on trend for summer. You can choose your bathing suit based on your body, to make sure you look the best that you can! Instead of covering up with a T-shirt and shorts, choose a light sundress that goes with your suit and is comfortable to wear. Simple sandals in a matching metallic complete this look, along with a pair of sunglasses (a must for the beach) and a tote to hold your beach essentials. Jewelry is optional on the beach, but if you’re an accessories girl, a pair of rhinestone studs should do the trick. Don’t forget your sunscreen!
