Fruit Smoothies: A Healthy Alternative to Sweet Treats

So with all of the holiday cookies, cakes, pies and other desserts, it can be really easy to get off-track of your balanced diet. I found a recipe that makes great, easy smoothies to help you get some fruit and yogurt in the midst of other holiday goodies!


1 cup mixed frozen berries

1/2 cup nonfat yogurt

1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

2 teaspoons honey

1/2 banana


Blend and drink up! Stay healthy this holiday season!
