Get Teresa Palmer's Movie Premiere Look for Less

Movie premieres are not only a way for film starts to promote their latest work but for the leading lady to showcase her style in a totally fabulous dress. Recently, another glamorous premiere look showed up on the red carpet, courtesy of Teresa Palmer. Star of the new movie, "Warm Bodies," she arrived at the film's L.A. premiere wearing a striking black gown by British designer Philip Armstrong.

Teresa's floor-length black stunner is the perfect mix of sophisticated and sexy, with the part-sheer, part-embroidery top half of the dress contrasting with the fuller black skirt of the gown, which is detailed in lace. The intricate embroidery on this dress is perfectly highlighted and provides just the right amount of embellishment and texture. Teresa accented this super glam dress with a silver clutch, diamond stud earrings and a diamond tennis bracelet, which provide just the right amount of sparkle without being too flashy.

This glam look can definitely be rocked in real life, and this version would be perfect for a night out when you want to look seriously smoking. The key to the look is lace. A sheer black blouse with lace detailing works wells as a starting point for this outfit, combining two important elements of Teresa’s look in one. Since Teresa’s dress benefits so well from the contrast of the sheer bodice and the lace bottom, a good contrast to the lace in this look is a pair of sleek leather leggings. Lace and leather are a classic combination and work well together here.

A classic pair of black heels complete this monochromatic outfit, along with a knockout pair of rhinestone earrings and a simple rhinestone bracelet, like Teresa’s. Don’t forget a black glittered clutch, essential for carrying everything you need for the night.

Along with her dress, Teresa's makeup choice is also an important element of her premiere look, as her gorgeously-applied smoky shadow doesn't overwhelm her face. The rest of is kept relatively neutral but still glamorous. This beauty look is lovely with this outfit, but a bold red or maroon lip as the facial focal point would also be seriously stunning!
