Fall Granola
Ingredients:
1 bag of plain granola
-1 cup dried cranberries
-1 cup sliced almonds
-1 tbs. of cinnamon
-1 tbs. of nutmeg
-1/4 cup of brown sugar
-3/4 tsp. of salt
-1/4 cup of vegetable oil
-1 cup of dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the granola, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, oil and salt.
3. Pour onto sheet pan. Place pan in the oven and let cook for 35-40 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and place into large bowl. Let it cool.
5. Add and mix cranberries and dark chocolate chips.
Afternoon or midnight snack while studying:
Sage and Butter Popcorn
Ingredients:
-1 bag of popcorn
-1/2 cup of sage
-1 tbs. nutmeg
-1 tbs. of brown sugar
-1/4 stick of butter
Directions:
1. Place one bag of popcorn in the microwave to pop.
2. Place one small pan on low/medium heat.
3. Add butter, sage, brown sugar, and nutmeg. Stir until butter is brown.
4. Put popcorn in large bowl and pour butter mixture over the popcorn.
5. Mix and enjoy!

-1/2 cup of sage
-1 tbs. nutmeg
-1 tbs. of brown sugar

-1 zucchini
-1 clove minced garlic
-1/2 cup of chopped onion
-1 tsp. ground mustard
-1 tsp. turmeric
-1/4 tsp. cumin
-1 tsp. tarragon
-1 tsp. sage
-1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
-Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mix ground mustard, tarragon, sage, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper in small bowl.
2. Place medium pan on medium heat with olive oil and minced garlic.
3. Toss chicken in spice mixture and add to pan to cook.
4. In separate medium pan, add chopped zucchini, onion, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper. Stir and let cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Place chicken and zucchini on a plate with some cold apple cider for a great fall meal!
Turn any coffee or dessert into a sweet fall treat:
